Tegal® 9XX Integrated Flat Panel Display

Beaverton, Oregon, October 21, 2010 -- Today Profacture-SES, a division of Profacture Corporation announced that it has developed an integrated flat panel display for Tegal® 9XX Series Etchers and that they are now available for purchase.

Profacture-SES's new Integrated Flat Panel Display replaces the old style DEC type terminals and keyboards used to configure and operate the Tegal® 9XX systems. The standard Display Panel assemblies have been redesigned eliminating the now obsolete vacuum fluorescent display and integrating the new flat panel. The new display is also a PC running Windows XP which expands its uses with a Tegal® 9XX Interactive Illustrated Parts Guide and useful technical data relating to Tegal® 9XX systems.      

Installation of this upgrade is quick & easy taking less than an hour to complete.
