Profacture Receives Order for multiple Refurbished Tegal® 9XX Systems from Perkin-Elmer Optoelectronics Beaverton, OR, March 19, 2007 -- Profacture Corporation, today announced that they received an order for multiple Tegal® 9XX Series Etchers from Perkin-Elmer Optoelectronics. This is Perkin-Elmers second order for Tegal® 900 series etchers all of which have been ordered from Profacture. Delivery of the systems is scheduled for the second quarter of 2007. A spares package, installation and warranty is included with the systems. As before, the systems will also be outfitted with the optional TTW style Tables which allows for easier system moving, leveling and provides a sliding tray for the RF Generator and optional Throttle Valve Controller/Flow Switch Panel. This table is now also available for the 915 systems. Profacture will also provide on-site training of maintenance personnel once the system installations are complete.
