Profacture Receives Order for a Refurbished Tegal® 903e System from Elmos Semiconductor Beaverton, OR, October 26, 2004 -- Profacture Corporation, today announced that they received an order for a Refurbished Tegal® 903e Etcher from Elmos Semiconductor located in Europe. This order marks the first time Profacture and Elmos have worked together. This system will augment their existing 9XX systems. Delivery of the system is scheduled for the First quarter of 2005 as well as system startup and performance testing.
