Beaverton, OR, October 17, 2006 -- Profacture Corporation, today announced that they received an order to Refurbish a Tegal® 903e that is owned by the customer, Dalsa Semiconductor.

Tegal® 9XX Series Etchers are hands down "The Work Horse" of the non-critical etch process segment within the semiconductor industry. Dalsa's 903 is a perfect example of that fact. The system has been in full production for over fifteen years and has performed well but was showing it's age. Dalsa came to Profacture to have it brought back to new condition by performing it's PROFURB™  Refurbishment process and in the process, installing an all new wiring harness. Delivery (return) of the system is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2006.
