SES Division Receives Order for a Refurbished Tegal® 903e System from Rosemount, Inc. Beaverton, OR, June 10, 2010 -- Profacture Corporations' Semiconductor Division, today announced that they received an order for a refurbished Tegal® 903e Etcher from Rosemount, Inc. This order is Rosemounts' first Tegal® 903e and is also the first time Rosemount and Profacture have worked together. The system is scheduled to be delivered third quarter of 2010. This is the first refurbished system from Profacture-SES to be delivered with its' new Integrated Flat Panel Display. The system was also outfitted with the optional TTW Table which allows for easier system moving, leveling and provides a sliding tray for the RF Generator and optional Throttle Valve Controller/Flow Switch Panel. Maintenance personnel training will also be provided. On-site system start-up and performance/process qualifications is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2010. About Rosemount, Inc./Emerson
