Profacture Corporation Establishes New Divisions

and Reorganizes Corporate Structure

Beaverton, Oregon, June 1, 2007 -- Today Profacture Corporation announced that it has officially established two new divisions while also reorganizing its corporate structure.

Up until now all activities such as; Semiconductor Equipment/Spares, Machining, Board Assembly, Harness/Cable Assembly, etc. had been performed under the single entity of Profacture Corporation. But due to the growth and independent aspirations within each of these areas the Board of Directors of Profacture Corporation  has decided to establish two new divisions and reorganize the corporation into a formal divisional organization structure.

The new divisional structure is as follows;

• Core Division - Profacture Corporation (Administrative)

• SES Division - Semiconductor Equipment & Spares

• PCM Division - Precision CNC Machining

• CMS Division - Contract Manufacturing Services

The goal of each division is to be completely independent but initially some incubation of certain divisions will take place.

With this new structure Profacture as a whole will better be able to serve its customers.
