Tegal® 901e System from Sharp Laboratories

Beaverton, OR, January 9, 2006 -- Profacture Corporation, today announced that they received an order for a Refurbished Tegal® 901e from Sharp Laboratories of America.

This order marks the first time Profacture and Sharp Labs have worked together and is Sharp's first Tegal 901e system. Delivery of the system is scheduled for the First quarter of 2006 as well as system startup and performance testing. Operation & Maintenance training will also be provided.
