Two More Semiconductor Manufactures Select Profacture as Their Preferred Tegal® Spares Supplier Morgan Hill, Calif., August 26, 2002 -- A leading North American specialty semi-conductor wafer foundry located on the west coast selected Profacture as their preferred supplier of Tegal® 9XX spares. Upon selection orders were placed immediately due to equipment down situations with additional orders being placed for stock replenishment.Profacture was also selected as the preferred supplier to a leading wireless semiconductor manufacturer with fabrication facilities on both the east and west coasts’ of North America Orders are currently being placed for stock replenishment.
