Profacture Receives Order to Perform In-Field Size Conversions For Multiple Tegal® 90X Series Etchers From ABB Semiconductors Beaverton, OR, April 19, 2005 -- Profacture Corporation, today announced that they received an order to perform size conversions for all of ABB's Tegal® 90X Series Etchers. This order marks the first time Profacture and ABB have worked together. Engineers from Profacture are scheduled to start the conversion in the second quarter of 2005.
