Tegal® 901e System from Rohm & Haas

Beaverton, OR, June 6, 2004 -- Profacture Corporation, today announced that they received an order for a Refurbished Tegal® 901e Etcher from Rohm and Haas.

This order marks the first time Profacture and Rohm and Haas have worked together. Delivery of the system is scheduled for the third quarter of 2004.

This order further illustrates Profacture's capabilities in providing quality refurbished systems at considerable savings to its' customers.
